Inventor bugfix update

SO, uh..
- Fixed a bug where scrap parts don't appear as scrap
- Fixed a crash bug happening if you use repair skill and kill an enemy without selecting which equipment to repair
- Repair skill doesn't do anything if all of your equipment is at full durability
- Additionally, Inventor episode has a rule screen that can be viewed mid-episode!
